Simple and Delicious Stir-Fried Noodle for Breakfast

- 2 eggs

- 1 tomato

- A few scallions

- Soy sauce

- Chilli and ketchup

Ingredients processing:

- Cut the scallions into small pieces

- Cut the tomato into thin slices

Step 1:

- Put the noodles in a pot to cook them. (*Note: you should not cook them too long)

Tip: After cooking, you should put the noodles into a bowl of cold water (this will help the noodles not get too soft). Finally, take the noodles out of the bowl and let them completely dry.

Step 2:

- Pour a little bit of cooking oil into a pan. When the cooking oil is heated, put the scallion pieces into the pan and stir-fry them until they have a good smell. Then crack an egg into the pan and stir well.

Step 4:

- Fry an omelet and put it on the surface of the noodles and you can also put a little bit of coriander on there to increase flavor for this dish.
