Crispy Fried Chicken | Simple but Extremely Delicious



- 400g chicken breast

- 30g wheat flour

- 50g bread crumbs

- 2 eggs

- A few scallions

- A few shallots

- 2 chillis or chilli powder


- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder 

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients Processing:

- Cut the scallions into small pieces

- Chop the shallots and 2 chillis up into small pieces


Step 1:

-  Put 400g chicken breast into a blender to grind thoroughly.

- After finishing, put the ground chicken part into a bowl. Then add the scallion, shallot, chilli pieces as well as 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the bowl of ground chicken. Then crack an egg in the mixture and mix well.

- Next put all the wheat flour in the bowl of mixture and mix well one more time.

Step 2:

- Divide the ground chicken into small parts, then shape them into small circular blocks as the image below.

Step 3:

- Next crack the remaining egg into a bowl and stir well. For 50g bread crumbs also put in a separate bowl.

- Then dip the mixture blocks in the ingredients in order of the egg -> bread crumbs.

Step 4:

- Finally, we only need to prepare a pan and fry them with a large amount of cooking oil. (*Note: fry them with medium fire.)

So, it is done. This dish will be very great when you enjoy them with chilli sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise. You can also pierce them into long toothpicks to be easier in enjoying.
